Main responsibilities Customer consultation and reception Receive visiting customers, patiently listen to their needs, and provide professional and detailed wine knowledge answers. By communicating with customers, understanding their taste preferences, budget range, and purchasing purposes, we provide personalized wine recommendations for customers. Wine Tasting Guide Organize wine tasting activities to introduce tasting methods, techniques, and knowledge about the origin, variety, and brewing process of wine to customers. Guide customers to taste wine correctly, enhance their tasting ability and appreciation level. Recommendation and sales of wine products Provide sales suggestions and strategies for the company's wine products based on customer needs, and assist in developing marketing plans. Track the dynamics of the wine market, understand the products and strategies of competitors, and provide data support and suggestions for the expansion of the company's wine business. Customer relationship maintenance and expansion Regularly maintain contact with customers, understand their feedback and changing needs, and provide continuous updates on wine knowledge and tasting services. Expand new customers, establish connections with potential customers, and lay the foundation for the development of the company's wine business. Update and Learning of Wine Professional Knowledge Pay attention to the dynamics and latest research results of the wine industry, and continuously improve one's wine knowledge level.
