Wineshala is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Marketing team in the execution of the annual strategic brand plan. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for process and project management within the Brand Marketing team and its’ business partners, to ensure deadlines are met. The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and financial support to the Brand Marketing team.

- Partner with brand leadership to manage project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors.
- Support development of new marketing campaigns and collateral
- Track marketing budget, including invoice coding, auditing, routing, and balancing.
- Create reports; i.e. Business Objects, IRI, and consolidate information for Brand Marketing team
- Generate, manage, and fulfill point of sale (POS) materials.
