You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. You will manage the bar, and staff and handle complaints during the shift. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures leading to smooth operations of the bar at the property along with training the staff.

You will also be responsible for crafting unique cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, managing inventory, maintaining a clean bar, collaborating on menu development, and supporting special events.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations, strong mixology skills, creativity, good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
