This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the wine immediately gives a note of apricot and fresh fruit and mineral hints, in the mouth it is balanced, soft, and refined, with a high structure. This elegant cuvée offers pleasant sensations in combination with elaborate aperitifs, delicate appetizers, and fish-based dishes. Serving temperatures 8-10 degrees.

This elegant wine comes from a careful selection of 85% Pinot Noir, and 15% Chardonnay.
Production area: The vineyards are located in Lombardy, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese at about 250 meters above sea level, with south-southwest exposure. The cultivation and processing of the vineyard are carried out in the traditional way, respecting the canons of Organic Agriculture.
Characteristics of the vineyard: The vineyard was planted in 1991 with a planting density of about 4000 vines/hectare and trained with the Guyot Basso. Good exposure, the high planting density, agronomic practices that respect the plants, a careful and meticulous production method are the key features for superior quality production.
Harvesting method: Exclusively manual with selection and sorting of the product.
Vinification: the grapes, after harvest, are transported to our cellars where the processing begins. Pressing with an automatic press with a central lung to separate the juice from the skins,
then static decantation in a tank at 12° C. for 28-30 hours. We then proceed to the inoculation of selected yeasts to activate the alcoholic fermentation managed at a controlled temperature and never above 16° C. The stay on the yeasts lasts for about 40 days.
Bottling: The wine matures in tanks at a temperature of about 16 ° C. for a few months, then refrigerated at -4 ° C. for 8-10 days for a sure tartaric stabilization and then bottled, for another three months of refinement in the bottle, before release.
