Vinification and refinement

The harvest takes place at the end of August. After a soft pressing and destemming, fermentation takes place in 50 hl steel tanks. The wine is refined in steel for 10 months.

Characteristics of Malvarosa wine

Malvarosa is a  light pink with delicate hints of blackberry and cherry. Savoury and harmonious, it surprises with its decisive and enveloping character.

Food pairings and serving temperature

Malvarosa  is a wine suitable for consumption with appetizers and first courses based on fish and light. The recommended serving temperature is 10°/12°C.
