Vinification and refinement

The harvest takes place at the beginning of September. After a soft pressing and destemming, fermentation takes place in 50 hl steel tanks. The wine is refined in steel for 10 months in the bottle.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Characteristics of La Clara wine

Clara is a claret pink where delicate hints of blackberry and cherry prevail. Savory and harmonious, it surprises with its decisive and enveloping character.

Pairings

Clara is a wine suitable for consumption with appetizers and first courses based on fish and light. The recommended serving temperature is 10°/12°C.
