Description

Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) is the Italian wine education gold standard, a study path which aims to train competent and professional figures, such as Italian Wine Ambassadors, who can promote Italian wine all over the world. The course is aimed at wine professionals (journalists, educators, sommeliers, Masters of Wine, importers, buyers, etc.): we require that our students have previous training in wine and/or significant experience in the sector The 29th VIA edition will take place in Chicago at Navy Pier from October 19th to 21st, 2024.

Offers

During the morning of the third day, students will take the final exam divided into three written tests: 

• Blind tasting of 2 wines;
• Two open questions with short answers;
• 100 multiple choice questions.

Students will also present a group video project as part of the exam. The topic to be covered and the delivery times of the project will be defined by the Faculty and communicated to participating students in due course.
