PRIZES:

Subject to fulfillment of these T&Cs, the above "Prizes" will be awarded, under this Contest, to such number of winners as provided in the table above.

"Wineshala Pay Balance" is a sum of all the balances associated with Wineshala.in Gift Cards in your Wineshala.com account. The use and redemption of Wineshala Pay Balance will be governed by the "Terms and Conditions - Wineshala Pay Balance: Money" (available at https://www.wineshala.com); and

Any graphics of the Prize, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are only for representation. The actual Prize may differ in color and appearance. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond Wineshala's control, Wineshala may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at Wineshala's sole discretion. If you win a Prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the Prize for cash.

Subject to the winner claiming the Prize within the given time period, the Prize will be dispatched/delivered to the winner on or before 30th December 2018. A winner will be eligible to claim only 1 (one) Prize on which the pointer of the spin wheel stopped.

PRIZE DRAWING:

Wineshala will notify the participants, eligible to claim the Prize, by e-mail / SMS following the draw by 25th October 2018 ("Notification Date"). By agreeing to participate and enter this Contest, you agree that you have valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of your PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and you may be required to share the said documents with Wineshala as and when requested. You will automatically forfeit your claim to the Prize if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, if selected and eligible, you will need to claim the Prize within 7 days from the Notification Date, failing which, you will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by Wineshala, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web links and provide requisite details. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Wineshala reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel the contest at any time, as permitted by law. Additionally, Wineshala may modify, terminate, or suspend the contest in cases of viruses, unauthorized human intervention, or other factors that may affect the contest's fairness or security. Wineshala is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, or any inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant or technical issues. This includes any errors related to printing, typographical mistakes, or technical malfunctions with computers, networks, or software that might affect the submission of entries. Furthermore, Wineshala cannot be held liable for damages to any computer or mobile device resulting from the downloading of materials related to the contest. If an individual is found tampering with the contest process, violating these terms, or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior, they may be disqualified at Wineshala's discretion. Entries submitted via automated means will be void. In case of disputes regarding entries, the authorized email account holder at the time of submission will be deemed the participant. No prizes or benefits beyond what is described in the contest details will be awarded.
